Basil the Crow
... arrived in MacCowCowa today from Portland, Oregon. I cannot believe how quickly he got here. Terry must have a bit of magic she included in his creation. He's already found his perch here in Studio North.
I love Basil the Crow - he looks so good on the roof there - and I like your wind sculpture and weathervane too. My youngest daughter is mad about crows - I will have to try to make one for her one day.
Is that a woman hanging from a kite I see in the background? Once again, I love looking in the background to see what is all in your house. Even here in Michigan it is full of creativity.
After making a few birds, I have a new appreciation for the expertise shown in Terry's work. I'm glad it landed in such a welcoming home.
ReplyDeleteHe looks so real perched there on the shelf!

ReplyDeleteOh, yes, he looks right at home there! Thanks for all your nice words. I have to credit any magic to the PO regarding fast delivery--I am amazed!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky to have Basil. I have Emma Bird from Terry and I blogged about her today.
