Healing
Healing isn't easy, but I'm getting there. There are clouds in my journey to being healed, but I do see the light of future wellness. It's been 3 1/2 weeks since surgery and I'm looking forward to getting to the point of not regretting doing "too much" on the days that I feel pretty good.

Nellie remember that we are there near you and with you.
ciao ciao linda
That's very good news Nellie and I am glad there are days when you feel 'pretty good' to help you put up the with other days. Hang on in there.
living with the restrictions your health requires right now has to be difficult. Knowing that it all gets better helps but waiting it out can be frustrating certainly! Hugs and healing thoughts to you Nellie.
Love to you.
You have been on my mind lately, I am glad to know how you are doing. I'm sending hugs your way, I hope the healing continues quickly.
It will get better. I promise. (chemo is being brutal right now, so I'll email soon.) just wanted you to know that you're in my thoughts and prayers.
Hugs, Gail
I'm glad you are getting there Nellie. Keep up the good work and take it easy when you need to. xx
Am sure it will be a long haul but stay positive as often as you can and take each day as it comes.
Lifes much better when taken slower anyway I reckon.
I am glad you are noticing a slow return to health Nellie. Enjoy this cool fall day and soak up some sun to help you feel stronger over there on the beach!
Continue down this road to healing as the end of it will bring you back to who you are.
Good to hear you have "good days" :-) There will be more and more of them.
Beautiful picture!
Nellie, I just found your blog today from a post you posted on the Liberated yahoo quilting group. I am amazed by the work you do.
I wish you well. You are so very beautiful inside and out.
I just wonder if you noticed in the picture of the lake and clouds that you took and shared with us that there appears to be hands..like praying hands. I saw that immediately in the picture and then read the post. At first I thought it was one of your quilts..look at that picture good and hard.
Positive thoughts and energy being sent your way!
