Do you have something like stabilizer between the scraps and the pins? I thought I had a lot of scraps but you definitely have me beat in that department! I love how you use them.
Joyce, Tulle is laid on top of the scrap layer to contain them as well as to keep those tiny pieces where I intend them to be ... more or less. There's a strong element of serendipity to my "ortwork" technique.
